Storing of policy documents?

I'm setting up a forum on the enterprise plan (still on trial) and I need to link to policy documents such as GDP-policy etc. I want the URL to be the same as the community URL, in my case a domain alias. How, and where can I store these document so they can be reached from an URL like for example: myforum.se/gdprpolicy.pdf
My IT-admin says they have to be stored on Forumbee, but I cant find any option to upload these pdf:s.

    Hi Ulf , one option is to customize your community Terms of Use and Privacy Policy pages. You can edit those pages and paste in text from your GDPR policy. Go to Admin > Settings > Policy to edit these pages. For more info see this article. Thank you!
