Email Verification Options
One of my users has registered to use my organization's community. Unfortunately, he is unable to receive the verification email that is being sent. (We do not know why.) We've tried registering several times, requested that the verification email be resent and I (community Admin) even tried inviting him to the community. So far, no verification email in his inbox. I'm sure his company is rejecting the email for some reason, but that doesn't help him get online with the rest or our community.
Is there some way we can "side-step" the email verification requirement or can I set his user account as verified?
Hi Neil , one option is to use the "Forgot Password" link as this functions as a verification process. The email contains different text, so there is a chance it may pass the filtering.
Secondly, send the email address of the user to email@example.com and we will have it verified on our end.
