Member issues

Hi Sir,

I would like to ask 2 questions.

1. What's different from public member and private member?

2. I would like to use SSO with my own portal, is this member limitation won't allow me to create forum users? E.g. my own portal with 50,000 user., can they all use your forum if we took enterprise plan?

Thanks,

David

    Hi David!

    1. Private members are users with access to a private community or to a private category in your community. Public members are users with access to only public categories.

    2. The base Enterprise plan includes 10,000 private members. Additional member packs can be purchased for $75/month for 5,000 private members. To add member packs to your account, contact us at support@forumbee.com, and let us know how many you would like to add.

    Thank you!

    Hi Sir,

    Thanks for your reply,

    Let me take some example...

If I choose your enterprise plan., so I will have an forum for my customer and I won't create any private category under this fourm.

So, I don't need to worry about how many customers to login my forum and posting in any discussion group, am I right?

    Regards,

    David

Correct. If your forum is public (which means anyone can view it including search engines) and no categories are private, then you can have unlimited members.
