Change in Account Owner

Hi...

I wanted to find out if it was possible to change the account owner to another user once a site has been established? I setup our forumbee site as part of a trial. We love the capabilities and plan to continue forward with the product. Now, I want to be out of the loop as site "owner" and transfer to another user. Is that possible? Or do I have to cancel the account and start over?

    Hi Rock , thanks for your question! Yes, we can update your account owner for you. Send your owner change request to support@forumbee.com, and provide the email address of the new owner. (Note, they need to join as a member first before they can be assigned as the account owner.) Thank you!
