Private Sections/Categories

The majority of our users have access to a private area of categories.  There are about 12 participants that don't.  We have each user set up to access the private categories.  Every time we add an new category it appears we need to go in to maintain each user to have access.  We have over 100 users and growing.  Is there an easier way to accomplish this privatizing setup?

  • Hi Joe Riccardo , create a group and assign it access to the private categories. When you add a new user, you will then only need to add them to the group, and they'll automatically have access to any categories the group is assigned to. Also, after adding a new category, edit the group and add that category to the group access. All group members will automatically gain access to that category.
