Welcome email question
We have a new forum about to launch and we are testing welcome emails. For some reason when we join, the person gets an email to verify their email address but THEN they get 2 emails-one from forumbee and one from us that we created. how do i turn off the one from forumbee?

Hi Kathy , thank you for sharing your question! If you have the 'Request to Join' option enabled, users will receive an email notification that they have been approved. This is an automatic email that cannot be turned off, but the text can be changed. Contact us if you have text changes and we can update the text for you.
If you have the Welcome email option enabled, it is sent after the approval notification. You can turn off the Welcome email by going to Admin > Settings > Welcome Email .
