Community Creation
Hello,
We are interested in using forumbee for support of our SAAS application. A colleague of mine signed up more than 24 hours ago. After signing up, it stated he would receive an email when the community was created - however after more than 24 hours, he still has not received that email, and nothing is listed on his My Communities page. I also signed up for a trial 3 hours ago, and my community is also not active yet.
What is the typical turnaround for setup? Is there currently an issue, or are you not taking new customers at this time?

Hi Justin Lee , thanks for your question and for signing up for a trial! Trial accounts are typically provisioned within 24 hours, however due to increased demand there may be a slightly longer response time. My apologies! One of our account managers will reach out to you shortly. Thank you!
