Private Messaging to All Users
Is there a way to send a message to all users via the Private Messaging Function?

Hi Martin Zimny , thanks for your question! No, private messaging is one-to-one only. For smaller groups, any admin or moderator can create a community post and @mention all users in a group (group sizes of up to 100 members are supported). This will send the full content of the post via email to all users in the group. To do this, create a community post and start typing @ then the group name. You will be able to select any group that is 100 members or smaller. I hope that helps! Let me know if I can provide any further assistance.

Forumbee Support Thank you! How would I adress a group precisely? For example how would I adress all the participants in this thread or what do you mean by a group in this context?

Hi Martin Zimny , this is referring to user groups created in Admin > Users > Groups.
See this article for how to create and add members to a group. User groups with a max of 100 members can be @mentioned by admins/moderators.
Let me know if that helps to clarify. Thank you!
