New forum

Hi
We already run a successful forum on Forumbee (https://www.thesencoforum.org.uk/) and we now want to set up another forum for one of our special needs communities. I have tried to set up a new trial/demo forum but so far have not received the confirmation email or new forum. Please can you help?
