AI Functionality and Timeline
I know I keep asking and I know you keep saying you will post an update when you have one....but the AI world is moving very fast and our client support tools need to catch up soon.
If I presume that your AI capabilities will be fantastic when they are launched, can you either A) tell us when they will be launched or B) tell us concretely WHEN you will be able to tell us more.

Hi Tim , thanks for your patience and for continuing to push on this. It genuinely helps us prioritize.
The two items we are working on right now:
New API platform providing enhanced access for programmatic and agentic workflows including OpenAPI and MCP modules. This will allow community administrators to connect Forumbee to AI agents and automate workflows around content creation and community management.
New enhanced search with AI / semantic language support, to make finding answers and content across the knowledge base and community significantly smarter.
These are rolling out in Q3 and Q4 respectively. We hope this gives you a clearer picture of what we are working on and in what order. We will post updates as things progress.
