Unverified email
In our platform, we have some users which are sign up, but unverified email ? what does it mean ? what should the administrator do ?

Hi GCSP , thank you for your question! After a user signs up, they receive an email with a link to verify their email address. They need to complete this step before they are able to participate in your community. This ensures they are the valid owner of the email address.
If you see a user listed with a status of "Unverified email" it means that they have not yet completed this step. Optionally, as an administrator you can remind them to complete their registration by sending them an invitation through the system. Copy their email address, click Add Users and paste their email address. Check the option to Send invitation, then click Send. They will receive a link they can click to complete their registration.
