How to measure customer satisfaction via Ratings in the community?

Hello, 

Wondering if anyone collects ratings on the Question category as soon as the topic is answered to measure customer satisfaction. 

Use-case: We want to be able to measure the customer satisfaction for each topic in the Question category as soon as it is marked as answered.
