I tried linking a Loom and a Wistia video link and received this message. Does anybody know who to fix this? Is it a permissions thing?>

Hi , thanks for your question! This usually is not a permissions issue. It is more often caused by using the wrong link format or adding the video in the wrong place.
Forumbee supports two kinds of video placement:
- Primary Video: the video added with the Add video icon under the topic title
- Inline Video: a video pasted into the body of the article or post
Wistia can work in either place, but make sure you are using the share link for the video itself, not the folder. In Wistia, open the video, click Share, and copy the Media page link. It should look something like https://{your-wistia-domain}/medias/abc12345.
Loom should be added as an inline video by pasting the Loom link directly into the body of the article or post where you want it to appear. After you save or publish, it will display as an embedded video when viewing the topic in the community.
One thing to note: if you are viewing the post in Admin > Moderate, you may just see the raw video link there. Use View topic in community to confirm the embed.
