member can not access
my question is, why my member can not access the link. he joined a month ago. he says when he tries it shown his link has expired.

Chris , thanks for writing in! Personalized links that have special codes on the end such as the email verification link or invite link automatically expire after a period of time for security. If your member sees the expiration message, he is probably clicking on one of these personalized links. Please have him instead go directly to your main community domain URL (removing any characters after the .com). I hope that helps! Let us know if we can provide any additional assistance. Thank you!
