Multiple moderators - how to manage replies?
I'm trying to work out the best way for our team to reply to user comments and discussion posts. Is there a way I can view all community activity and know which posts and comments HAVEN'T been replied to?
Is there a way I can assign certain posts to members of my team? E.g. if a post is in Malay, can I assign it to one of our Malay-speaking team members?
Hi Brooke , you can use filters in Admin > Moderate to find all unanswered topics.
To show all topics without replies:
You can get more specific, and show just questions that are unanswered:
Bookmark Your Filters
Once you set a filter, you can bookmark it in the browser to make it easy to return to the view again in the future.

You can also use the moderation queue as a way to manage posts. The setting can be enabled in Admin > Settings > Moderation:
New posts will appear in the moderation queue, and moderators can approve posts once they are resolved, which clears them out of the queue. See this article for more on the moderation queue.
There isn't currently way to assign posts to specific team members. That is a great suggestion!
