Category Moderators not able to tag users.

Team, 

Our category moderators are not able to tag users, meaning when add @name it does not pull up a suggestion, while when I change their role to Moderator they're able to tag. Is this a bug?

    Hi Nandini , thanks for reporting this! It appears to be a bug. We are working on a fix and I'll post again when it has been resolved.

    Thank you. Some of our members are also facing the same issue. When @ it pulls a blank popup with no users.
