Does forumbee allow private messages to be sent between users?

Thanks for your question. Private messaging is not available yet but is coming soon, in either the upcoming October release or the November release. If you have any questions or would like to share your input on the feature, let us know!

We really need this. We are looking for private areas where customers can ask questions of our staff that would not be public unless we make them public.

Hi Timothy, currently we provide an option to make your whole community private, or set specific forums within the community to be private.

Soon we will be providing support for private messaging. This will be an optional feature which will allow direct messaging to staff and between users.
