Truncate reply field and provide early scroll option

Hi there!

We use ForumBee with a volunteer community that can be quite verbose in their replies! 

They mention that, when their replies get quite long (and take up most of the screen), they are unable to easily scroll up and see the post to which they are replying. 

A great feature would be to introduce a scrolling option early on (to both the reply and the initial page--that potentially already has various posts and replies) and also not let the reply take up more than half the screen at a time. That way, people could see both their lengthy reply and the original post/other replies on the same screen.
