New user not receiving confirmation email
I have invited a new user to join, they are receiving the email to sign up but not getting a confirmation to verify. Before I go back to them and suggest speaking to their IT dept is there anything I can do my end? I have sent the invitation twice with no luck. Thanks

Before looping in their IT team, the most common cause here is an email mismatch. The new user needs to sign up with the exact email address you invited them with. If they enter a different address (even a small variation, like a personal vs. work address, or a typo), the system will treat them as not invited and won't send the verification email.
So it's worth confirming the email they're typing on the sign-up screen matches the one on your invitation exactly.
If the address matches and they're still not receiving the verification email, then it's likely a delivery issue on their side (spam folder, or filtering by their IT department), and that's the point where reaching out to IT makes sense.
