Password Stops Working
I have one long-time user that is complaining that his password stops working without notice and without him requesting a password change. He's stated this has occurred twice in as many weeks. Is this possible? (He also stated that each time he wrote down his new password and is not relying on memory when entering it.)
Hi Neil Buchwalter , thanks for your question! Passwords do not automatically change or expire. Only a member can change their own password.
If they use a misspelled or incorrect email address when they try to log in, this would cause the login to fail. Verify with them that they are using the correct email.
