Is this "cloud-based"? Do you provide hosting?

Is this forum software hosted? or do I need to provide hosting?

    Hi Noelle, Forumbee forum software is completely cloud based and we provide all of the hosting. You can access and manage your forums from a web browser on any computer, iPhone, iPad or Android device.
