Add users via the REST API

Our Forumbee is a closed community. We also have a knowledgebase and a service desk (both by Atlassian). The service desk is the main source of truth when it comes to users. When onboarding a new customer user, we only want to create them once in the Service Desk.

We understand the current API provides only read access.

However, we would like to be able to programmatically add users to Forumbee and send out the invite (including choosing a template) as available in the GUI (Admin > add-users).

Alternatively or on top, we would like to be able to add domains programmatically to the whitelist.

      Ilan Perez Thank you for expressing interest in this feature. As of now, it hasn't been included in our development plans for this year. However, to better understand and potentially prioritize it, we'd appreciate more insights. Could you elaborate on how this feature would benefit your organization's processes? Additionally, please provide some specific use cases for further clarity.
