Hi Debbie Buys , thanks for your question! In this case, if the user no longer has access to their old email address, they will need to create a new account. (The admin cannot reset their password nor add an email address for them.)

Forumbee Support why? It would make sense and if there are errors, it should be possible to impersonate this user to see their problems 'with their eyes'
