Moving content in bulk; assigning order of post if it is copied/posted in mult places

Hi - I have two requests.

Can you please add functionality to move content in bulk - i.e., be able to select multiple posts and move or copy to another category? I know this can be done manually but as the number of posts increases it becomes time consuming.

Can you please allow a post to be manually ordered in a forum when it is stored in more than one forum? Currently, I have a post that I want to be in position #2 in one forum and position 4 in another.
