Hyperlink to a subsection within an article
I have some hyperlinks in my articles that link to other articles in the KB which is handy. Most of the time, the link takes them to the top of article, but there are times I want to take them to a specific section within an article. I can click on the subtitle to update the URL, but this doesn't always work. Sometimes the link will take them to the specific section, other times it just takes them to the beginning of the linked article. I'm guessing it may have to do with the size of the article and having to load it??? Is there a workaround for this?

Thanks for your question! We're aware of an intermittent in-page linking issue and have a fix in our latest update. This update improves the table of contents feature and resolves problems with linking to specific sections, especially in larger articles. We'll be rolling out this new version to your instance shortly. I'll notify you once the update is complete.
