I've had a few people ask about the requirements for avatars after trying unsuccessfully to upload theirs. What are the stats here? Thanks!

Hi Janelle , avatars can be in PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG format. The file size limit was set to 5 Mb which is probably the cause of the issue. We have increased the limit to 15 Mb now to accommodate larger upload sizes. I hope this helps. Let us know if you continue to receive any reports of unsuccessful avatar uploads. Thanks!
