Improving article searchability by adding keywords?
Is there a way to add keywords or tags to an article that would then make the article appear when searching for those keywords or tags? We tried applying a meta tag title & description and using the tags feature to no avail. :(
Ex. You have a help center article about "pets" but you want the article to pop up in the search results for "dogs" "cats" "birds" without necessarily including those words in the article.

Hi Kaitie , thanks for writing in! Correct, the Meta title and the tags features are not taken into account for the search index. The most important field in impacting search results is the article title (that is the title that is displayed on the screen when you view the article). When searching it will prioritize articles that have an exact or close match to the article title. We are continually working to improve the search engine, and appreciate your input. Thank you!
