BCC for all emails

We need to track all emails that are sent on behalf of our forumbee account/help center. Can we add a BCC line for our CRM to the admin settings? Thanks!

       Thanks! We need to track any and all emails that are sent to our customers. Our customers are the "members" in our forumbee account. We would like to track Forumbee emails that are sent (e.g., when we invite someone to join or when they reset their password) in our CRM alongside all other correspondence. Thanks!
