Hi CNB , files can be up to 50mb and images can be up to 10mb. If you require something much larger, we can increase your limit for an additional fee.

Forumbee Support I've tried uploading files and even 25 Mb files fail. The message I get back is "Oops. Upload didn't complete". Is it possible that this functionality does not work in a demo environment?

It appears that the aforementioned maximum sizes do not apply to the 30-day trial as I cannot upload an attachment that is only 25 Mb.

Hi Neil , the trial isn't limited, and should allow the same file size uploads. It may be due to the file type, there are a few unsupported filetypes such as .EXE. What type of file is it?

CNB , zip files are supported so I'm not sure why you are getting an error on upload. If you can send your file to us I will look into it. I will contact you directly. Thank you!

I uploaded the test file (42 Mb) to the DropBox. I did try to upload here, but it failed.

Hi Neil , thanks for providing the file example. There was configuration error on the upload size which is now fixed, so you should be able to upload your file now.
