I have found the reply to setting to direct email replies to our own company email address.
The email header still contains the email@example.com which seems redundant and potentially confusing to our customers. Can this be removed? (yellow highlight in screenshot)
Hi LN Support , yes -- the 'from' email address can be changed. Our team will configure this for your account. Contact support and let us know the email address you would like to use. (It needs to be a working email address, as you'll be sent an email verification link.)
