Flexible restrict adding new Ideas to certain groups

Hi,

we are using the Ideation Process for our Product Development. As the Company and our Community Base is growing, it might make sense to restrict the ability to add an Idea to a certain group.
E.g. we only want the users that have support access or are 'qualified/trained' to add new feature requests (or tie it to a certain rank/badge ;-)) Currently its all or nothing. It would be great if we had a third category here
Logged In Users - Groups/Ranks/Badges -  Moderator Only
 

Everybody still should be able to comment, like or vote. If there is a workaround, happy to hear more
