Having an article live under multiple sections?

I have a data set that I want to present to the end users in two different formats. One according to story time line and one according to production timeline. I don't want to duplicate the articles and I want the feedback to be visible in both.

Is there a way to insert an already existing article under a section?

Hi Robert , it is possible to have one article show in more than one category. Any replies to the article will be seen regardless of which category you are viewing it in. See this article for steps.

I followed the instructions but I don’t have an add button under category. I can see where it’s posted and the fact that it’s private...but nothing that allows an add. Is there a setting I have to enable first?

Hi Robert , if you are not seeing the add button under category this is because the article is posted in a restricted (private) category. The source/main category that the article is posted in must be unrestricted. To change the source category, select a category from the menu at the bottom of the editor. Once you have selected an unrestricted category, you will be able to cross-post the article into other categories. Those other categories can be restricted, but the original source category cannot be.
