Also, is there a way to message just a 'group' that is setup. Again just message the admins.
Admins/moderators can create a post in the community and @mention a group (group sizes of up to 100 members are supported). This will send the full content of the post via email to all users in the group.
- To ensure that only admins and moderators can see the message, the post should be added in a private category.
- You'll need to have a group already set up with your admin users added in. See this article for how to create a group. When setting up this group, be sure to assign access to the private category.
Then create a community post and start typing '@' followed by the group name. You will be able to select any group that is 100 members or smaller.
