Different 'Communities' in the one account

Hi,is it possible to create a number of different communities say for example defined by geographic region eg Canada, Ireland, Australia within the one account so that Canadian members only have access to the Canadian community and so forth. Many thanks.

Hi Peter , thanks for your question!

You can create separate private areas within a single community and grant access to them by groups of members.

First, set your categories to be private by following these steps

Next, create groups to manage user access to the categories. Users can be added to a group by individual assignment or by email domain. (There isn't an option to add users to a group automatically by geographic region.) See this article for how to use groups to manage access.

I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Peter , private categories are available in the Premium and Enterprise plans, and Groups are available in the Enterprise plan. Thank you!
