Change Status and Not Change Type
Is there a way for me to change the status of a post without it automatically changing the type of the post?
At this time, when I change the status on a post to "In Review" it changes the type. I would like these posts to stay as "Idea" type even if they are in review so other users can still vote for the ideas. This will help us gauge interest and we keep track of the customers that are interested in ideas.

Perhaps I am understanding what is happening incorrectly. When I change a post to "In Review", it removes that voting option on the post.
The voting option returns when I change the type of post to "Idea".

Based on what you've described, it appears you're encountering a glitch in the display of the vote button. The vote option is only temporarily not visible after you set the status. Just try refreshing the browser page and you should see it return. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Change the status of the post to "In Review".
2. You'll notice the voting option disappears, as shown in your screenshot. This is a temporary visual glitch.
3. Next, refresh the page. You can do this by:
- Clicking the refresh/reload button in your browser (usually a circular arrow near the address bar)
- On Windows: Press Ctrl+R on your keyboard
- On Mac: Press Command+R on your keyboardAfter refreshing, the voting option should be visible again. This should confirm that the post remains as the 'Idea' type.
