Send a Welcome Email

The Welcome Email is an excellent way to greet new members who have joined your community. It is automatically sent to new members after they join. You can configure it to include links and important information to help new members engage.

Welcome Email Settings

To enable the Welcome Email, go to Admin > Settings > Welcome email.  Set the toggle to the ON position. Edit the content of the message. You can add your logo and images, as well as links to the community home page and other important posts that you would like new members to visit. 

Dynamic Fields

You can add the following text into the email to personalize the message:

{username}: This text will be replaced by the member's name.

{community link}: This text will be replaced by your community link.
