Embedding a Google Forms Poll

You can embed a Google Forms poll directly into a Forumbee topic by following these steps.

Step 1: Create and Publish Your Poll in Google Forms

1. In Google Forms, create your poll.
2. Click Publish.
3. Click Copy responder link.

Step 2: Add the Poll to a Forumbee Topic

1. In Forumbee, create a new topic.
2. Paste the responder link into the body of the topic.
3. Optionally add text above the link if you want to include instructions.
4. Click Save.

Your poll will automatically display inline within the topic.

Updating or Removing the Poll

To change or remove the poll, edit the topic and delete the form link.

Notes

• Be sure to view the topic in your community to see the embedded poll. In the admin console, the poll will appear as a link only.
• The Google Forms integration must be enabled for your account. Contact your account manager or Support if you need this enabled.
