How to configure Slack integration

Using the Slack integration your team can now stay up to date and monitor community activity directly within Slack.

You can customize the types of activity sent to Slack, across your entire community or within specific categories. Activities include:

Enable Slack integration in Admin > Integrations:

Click Add Channel, then authorize the Forumbee app:

Click Add rule:

Select the activity and optional category. Multiple rules and Slack channels may be added:

You're all set! Activity from your community will be sent to Slack in real-time.
