Single Sign-On API now supports Groups assignments

When using the Single Sign-On API, you can now assign users to Groups. 

In the SSO forums parameter, specify Group assignments by using the Group ID. As before, you can can continue to specify private Category assignments by using the Category code. The comma separated list can include both Group IDs and Category codes.
