New features: Customize community policy pages
Customizable policy pages
You can now customize your community Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages.
- The option is available in Admin > Settings > Policy. Use the text editor to add and edit the content of your policy pages.
- If your Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are already hosted on your website and you would prefer for members to be directed there, just enter the links to those pages here.
Expanded member consent options
If you have updated your Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, you can now require existing members to review the policies and re-grant their consent. On their next access, users will be intercepted by your message and be prompted to re-grant their consent.
