Custom statuses for Ideas, Issues, and Replies

We've released an update that includes the option to define custom statuses for replies, ideas and issues.

To edit the status lists, go to Admin > Settings > Status labels:

 

Click the cog icon on a post to apply a status:

   

 

New Topic Classification for Issues

With the new Issues topic type, you can provide a channel in your community for customers to report bugs or problems. You can create a dedicated Issues category and also classify individual topics as Issues. Issues have their own customizable set of statuses, including: 

  • Acknowledged
  • Confirmed
  • Known issue
  • Fix pending
  • Solved
  • Fixed
  • No fix planned
