Front integration is now available

What is Front?

Front ( frontapp.com ) is an inbox for teams. It brings all of your external messages, including emails to support@ or sales@, plus Twitter, Facebook, chat, and SMS, into one unified inbox.

How does it work?

Our new plugin for Front gives you access to your Forumbee knowledge base directly from within the Front. You can search for articles and posts and send them to customers when you are responding to their messages in Front.
