Trusting a member so their posts are not moderated
When community-wide moderation settings are enabled, by default all member posts are held for moderator review based on the rules you defined. You can set individual users as trusted so that they are excluded from these restrictions and can post without moderator review.
How to configure a trusted member
Step 1
Locate the user by go to Admin > Users and searching for the user by name or email address. Or from their community profile page or hover card, click the Manage User icon.
Step 2
Click to expand the member's details, then click Permissions. Check the option Allow user posts without review.
View member status
A member that is trusted will display a special status in Admin > Users. (This status is only visible to moderators and admins.)
